I am a fiction writer and copywriter currently working in Tourism Marketing on the beautiful island of Jersey.

In the past i've worked in a variety of jobs from finance and auditing to statistics and research. I have been fortunate enough to travel and holiday in many places around the globe.

For a short while I studied fiction and playwriting with The Open University. Having thoroughly enjoyed this course I was determined to continue developing these skills, but a change of direction led me into the local tourism department where I write copy for the official website and also produce weekly newsletters for the Industry.

Since then I have gained a Tourism Marketing Diploma and I have just recently been awarded a Masters Degree in Professional Writing from University College Falmouth. My first novel is young adult fiction, 'The Silence' is 20,000 words in and going to some very dark places.

Genres include dark romance, horror, thrillers, crime, fairytales, travel and comedy.

To write whilst travelling is a constant aspiration.
